New Year resolutions are typically meant to improve us as people. My newest "resolution" is to try all of the Champagnes on Spec's Champagne Lane! Now I know this sounds weird, but I've found that Champagne is my favorite adult beverage.
Champagne is a sparkling wine produced by inducing the in-bottle secondary fermentation of the wine to effect carbonation... make sense? lol!
On to the important part... tastings! Since I've decided to take on this adventure, my friends asked that I blog about it.
If you didn't know, I'm not a traditional blogger... but here's my 1st attempt to do such! I hope you enjoy reading as much as I enjoy the tastings!
